HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?
Free delivery service - usually 5-7 working days*
Our standard delivery service is approximately 5-7 working days*. This is a guide only and not a guarantee - we will try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Please note that if a shipping charge is applied on the standard economy service this does not mean we can 100% guarantee that it will arrive in the stated estimate.
Any charge that is paid will not be refunded unless a next day is paid for and the service not met, then we will downgrade the service to economy and refund the difference.
Our next working day service is subject to availability in your area.
If ordered after 1pm on a Friday this will then not leave us until Monday our working days are Monday-Friday.
If your order is placed prior to bank holiday please note bank holidays are not including as working days.
We will make every effort to contact you if the next day service cannot be met, if this is the case the difference between next day and standard charges will be refunded upon request.
In the event of a long delay, we will make every effort to contact you to advise of this. We however cannot be held liable due to delays out of our control .
