REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED

In the unlikely event you have received an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will help to resolve this for you. Our team may ask you to send an image over to ensure it is an incorrect item and to prevent the same item being received again. 

Please note that all our goods are sold in volume due the nature of the material we supply. In most cases any weights on labels is simply for haulage purposes only. 

500kg- 1000 litre bulk bag

750kg-1400 litre bulk bag

Please do not use the product - we can only accept returns on unused goods. 

All goods are sold in volume, throughout the bagging process we compact the exact volume of product into the bag. Due to the nature of the material we can compress the product into the bag to create a bulging bag which meets the volume we advertise at. 

*Please do not refuse delivery - if delivery is refused you will be liable for the return charge up to £70 per pallet*

PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUE

If you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please do not use the product and contact us as soon as possible and we will look to resolve this for you.

RETURNS

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel you order prior to despatch, please contact us via telephone and we will be happy to action this for you and issue a full refund.

**We are unable to accept cancellation requests via e-mail** 

If your order has been despatched from us and is yet to be delivered to you, it is possible to cancel your order, however, your refund will be less the delivery charge of up to £70 per pallet. 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you would like to return your order, we can arrange a collection for you - the collection charge will be up to £70 per pallet.

REFUSED MY DELIVERY

If you have changed your mind and no longer want your order, you will be liable for the return charge.

SPLIT DELIVERY

In the unlikely event you have a multiple pallet consignment your order may be split during transit. Generally the remainder of your order will be delivered the following day.

Please note this is unlikely but can happen within the pallet network. Under no circumstances can Beaver compost as a business sustain any haulage liabilities once the goods have left our warehouse.

customers may be liable upto £70 for any pallet that they wish to refuse/cancel AFTER despatch. 

In the even we send the incorrect product will Beaver cover the costs of haulage to rectify any issues during the delivery process. This will only be resolved once you have followed the full procedure which can be seen in our “Replace section”.
